Privacy Policy

01 Who we are

promyphoto.app ("ProMyPhoto", "we", "us") is an Australian product that helps real-estate agents shoot and finish listing photos on their phone. This policy covers our website and, when it launches, our iOS app.

We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). If you are outside Australia, your information is handled under Australian law.

02 What we collect today

Right now, before the app has launched, the only thing we collect is what you give us on this site.

Early-access waitlist

• The email address you enter to join early access.
• Basic technical data your browser sends (such as approximate region and device type), used only to keep the site working.

We do not run advertising trackers on this site, and we do not build a profile on you.

03 How we use it

• To email you about early access and the launch.
• To prioritise Australian agents during onboarding.
• To respond when you contact us.

We will only email you about ProMyPhoto. We will not use your email for unrelated marketing.

04 We do not sell your data

We never sell your personal information. We do not trade or rent it to third parties. We share it only with the service providers that help us run ProMyPhoto (for example, email delivery and cloud hosting), and only so they can do that job.

05 When the app launches

The ProMyPhoto app processes property photos. The sections below describe how that will work. They apply once you have an account and start capturing photos.

Property photos

The exposure brackets you capture are uploaded to our cloud to be finished into professional-quality photos. Photos are processed and stored so you can download them and re-download them later. They are handled as your content. We do not use your property photos to train public models, and we do not publish them.

Account data

• Your name and email, and how you signed in (Sign in with Apple or email).
• Your listings, shoots, and photo records, so the app can show your work.
• Billing records once paid plans are live (card details are handled by our payment processor, not stored by us).

Storage and processing

Photos and account data are stored with reputable cloud providers. Finishing a photo runs it through our processing pipeline and an AI image step in the cloud. We keep the smallest amount of data needed to run the service and meet our records obligations.

06 Security

Property imagery and account data are treated as sensitive. Access is restricted, data is kept private by default, and transfers are encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we build to keep your content private and under your control.

07 Your choices and deletion

You can ask us at any time to:

• See what personal information we hold about you.
• Correct anything that is wrong.
• Delete your data. Delete your account and all data directly in the app (Settings → Delete Account), or email hello@promyphoto.app and we'll erase it within 30 days.

Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe.

08 Children

ProMyPhoto is a tool for working agents. It is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

09 Changes and contact

We will update this policy as the product grows, and we will change the date at the top when we do. For anything privacy related, including a complaint, contact us at hello@promyphoto.app. If we cannot resolve a privacy complaint, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
