01 What it does

Ask is the tool for everything the others do not cover. You type what you want changed, in your own words, and it does it.

For example: “Take the bins off the driveway.” Or: “Make the front door black.”

02 How to write a good instruction

• Say one thing at a time. One clear change beats a paragraph of them.
• Name the object and where it is — “the red car in the driveway”, not “the car”.
• Plain English is fine. There is no special wording to learn.

You can write up to 1,000 characters, and the box cannot be left empty.

03 You can attach a picture

If you have a photo of the exact thing you want — a particular BBQ, a tile, a paint colour — attach it from Photos or Files and say what to do with it. It will be matched.

04 What it will not change

Whatever you ask for, the room itself is held as you photographed it: the walls, the windows, the doors, the framing and the fixed fittings. Ask changes things in the room, not the room.

05 How to use it

1. Open a finished photo and choose Ask.
2. Type what you want changed.
3. Attach a reference photo if you have one.
4. Tap the button. It tells you it spends one credit.
