01 You can top up any time

You do not need a plan to buy credits, and being on a plan does not stop you buying more. Buy a pack whenever you need one.

On a plan, the website also lets you top up any amount you like, at your own plan rate. The app sells packs of 10, 50 and 200 only.

02 In the app

1. Open the credits screen, or tap an editing tool when your balance is empty.
2. Pick a pack: 10, 50 or 200 credits.
3. Confirm with Apple, the same way you would for anything else on your iPhone.

03 On the website

1. Sign in on the website.
2. Open your account.
3. Choose a pack and pay by card.

04 What a pack costs

• 10 credits: $50
• 50 credits: $225
• 200 credits: $780

05 Credits you buy never expire

A pack does not run out at the end of the month. It stays in your balance until you spend it, just like unused plan credits. See Monthly credits vs packs.

06 Got a code?

Codes are redeemed on the website. Sign in to the Studio, tap Buy credits (or your credit balance) and choose Have a code? at the bottom. Type your promo or invite code and tap Redeem. An invite link from a friend opens that box with the code already filled in.

If you followed someone’s referral link before signing in, the code is remembered and applied once you do.
