01 The one thing to remember

Your photos never expire. Credits from a monthly plan roll over every month, and credits you buy outright stay until you spend them.

02 How a monthly plan works

On your renewal date your plan’s credits for the new month are added to what you already have. Anything you did not use rolls over, with no limit on how much can build up.

So on Starter bought in the app you get 34 credits each month (37 on the website). If you use 12, the other 22 roll over and you start the new month on 56, not 34.

If you cancel, the credits you have not used stay in your balance after the plan ends.

03 How bought credits work

Credits you paid for outright stay in your balance for as long as your account is open. That covers credit packs, your free starting credits, and anything a promo code or our support team has given you.

04 Which ones get used first

None of your credits has a deadline, so the order makes no difference to what you keep. You never lose a credit you paid for.

05 Changing plan partway through a month

• Moving up a plan adds the difference for the month you are in, straight away. Starter to Pro on the website adds 95 (132 minus 37).
• Moving down a plan does not give you credits now. The new, smaller allowance starts at your next renewal.
