01 There is no password
ProMyPhoto never asks you to invent a password. You sign in one of two ways, and both take about ten seconds.
02 Sign in on the phone
- Open the app.
- Tap Continue with Google, or tap Continue with email.
- If you chose email, type your email address. We send you a 6-digit code.
- Type the code in and tap Verify.
Typed the wrong address? Tap Use a different email on the code screen and start again.
03 Sign in on the website
On the website you sign in with your email only. Enter your email and we send you both a sign-in link you can tap and a 6-digit code you can type instead. Either one works.
04 You can look around first
You do not have to sign in to open the app or to take photos. The app only asks you to sign in at the moment you press Finish.
05 What you get on day one
A new account starts with six free credits, and you earn one more the first time you take a photo. That is seven finished photos before you pay anything. See What is a credit?
06 One thing to notice
Above the sign-in buttons there is a tick box asking whether we can email you about new features and offers. It starts unticked. Leave it as it is if you would rather not hear from us.
