Download and post your photos
01 Saving them from the app
- Open the finished shoot.
- Tap Download. If you have picked out only some of the photos, the button tells you how many.
- Choose Save to Photos or Save to Files.
Both work. The one difference: Photos renames files its own way, so use Save to Files if you need the filenames kept as they are.
02 Sending them to someone
Share puts the whole set into a single zip file and opens the normal iPhone share sheet, so you can email it or drop it into any app.
03 Exporting for a listing portal
Share for listing exports the set in the shape the portals ask for — 4:3, at least 2000 by 1500 pixels, under 5 MB each, and with the front of the house first.
Use this one when you are uploading to a listing. It saves you resizing anything.
04 From a computer
The same shoots open on the website. Sign in, open the shoot, and either save the photos straight to your device or use Download .zip to get one file with everything in it.
05 Two things worth knowing
- Only finished photos can be downloaded or shared. Anything still processing is not in the set yet.
- There is no watermark on any photo, on any plan. What you download is what you post.
06 How long we keep them
A shoot is archived after 7 days and deleted 30 days after that — so a little over a month in total. Download the photos you want to keep. If you delete your account, the photos go with it.
