Delete your account
01 What gets deleted
Everything. Your photos, your shoots, your account details, and finally your sign-in itself. This cannot be undone once it has run.
If there are photos you want to keep, download them first.
02 How to do it
- In the app, open Settings and tap Delete Account. Or sign in on the website and open your account.
- Type the confirmation word — in English it is DELETE.
- Confirm.
The word is there so nobody deletes an account by accident. If the app is in another language, it shows you the word to type in that language.
03 Your billing is stopped first
If you are on a plan, we stop the billing before anything is deleted, and check that it really stopped. If we cannot confirm it, nothing is deleted and we tell you.
One case needs you: if your plan is billed by Apple, only you can cancel it. Deletion waits until you have — the steps are on Cancel your plan. Nothing is deleted in the meantime.
04 While the deletion is being processed
Your account is put on hold. That means no new shoots, no finishing photos, no edits and no purchases.
It does not lock you out. You can still sign in, open your shoots, and download the photos you already have.
05 Changing your mind
You can call it off. Open your account screen and tap Don’t delete my account. One tap, no confirmation — everything goes back to normal.
Once the deletion has actually run, it is final and cannot be reversed.
