Agency plans

01 The short answer

An agency plan is one shared pool of credits. Everyone you add spends from the same pool, and one person — the head seat — gets the bill.

Seats are free. You are paying for finished photos, not for people, so adding another agent costs nothing.

02 What it costs

There are no fixed tiers to choose between. You drag a slider to the number of finished photos your agency needs each month — anywhere from 200 to 5,000, in steps of 50 — and the price moves with it. One credit is one finished photo, so 200 credits is 200 finished photos a month. Prices include GST.

The rate falls as the number goes up:

  • 200 credits — $549 a month ($2.75 a photo)
  • 400 credits — $1,019 a month ($2.55 a photo)
  • 600 credits — $1,409 a month ($2.35 a photo)
  • 800 credits — $1,719 a month ($2.15 a photo)
  • 1,000 credits — $1,999 a month ($2.00 a photo)

Anything in between is priced in even steps between the two figures either side of it — 250 credits is $666.50, 850 is $1,789. Above 1,000 a month the rate is flat at $2.00 a credit, all the way to 5,000. Buying more is never cheaper in total and never dearer per photo — there is no gap to find. Whatever you land on, the exact monthly price and the per-photo rate are both on screen before you pay.

Need more than 5,000 a month? Email hello@promyphoto.app and we will set it up with you.

Your allowance refills at the start of each month. Whatever is left of it at that moment is gone, so pick the number that matches what your team actually shoots. See How agency credits are spent.

03 Where you buy it

On this website. Sign in and go to promyphoto.app/agency. There is no sales call and nothing to wait for.

Can I buy an agency plan in the app? No. Agency plans are not sold through the App Store, and you cannot start one, change one or top one up inside the iOS app. The app is where your agents shoot; the website is where the account is run.

The reason is boring and worth knowing: Apple takes a commission on anything sold inside an app, which on an agency plan would be enough to move the price you pay.

04 If you are already on Starter or Pro

  • Your existing plan stops renewing as soon as the agency plan starts — that is, as soon as the agency’s first invoice is paid. You will not be charged for both.
  • It is not refunded and not pro-rated. You keep your current period and its credits right to the end, and those credits get spent before the agency’s pool is touched, so nothing you paid for is wasted.
  • If you close the payment window and never pay, nothing happens to your existing plan. The cancel only runs once the agency plan is actually paid for.

If you subscribed on your iPhone, we cannot set the agency up until you cancel that subscription yourself — Apple only lets the subscriber do it. On your iPhone: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → ProMyPhoto → Cancel Subscription. Then come back and set up the agency. Nothing is created and nothing is charged while you do.
